While other companies focus on the appearance of the lure, DUO has rather developed the internal structure. We know that collisions with sea walls and rocky shores are unavoidable, and these can cause serious damage to poppers. However, the Popper 64 was specifically designed for this challenge. The wall thickness and internal reinforcements of the popper ensure structural strength and durability.

The Popper 64 'pop' sound provides stronger water displacement with less rod movement, thanks to its thin, angular rim. This means there's no need to polish the lure to make it catch water better. The multi-angled cup helps the lure's 'walk the dog' movement. Yes, this popper truly performs the 'walk the dog' technique smoothly. If you stop it and suddenly pop it, a significant amount of water is displaced.

While many poppers have a simple design, DUO chose a more complex solution. Our R&D team spent countless hours perfecting the lure's action and static tuning. Many competition poppers rest nearly horizontally or at an angle of approximately 30-40 degrees, which exposes the hook points and extends their profile. DUO, however, went in a different direction. The Popper 64 rests almost vertically, providing a more streamlined silhouette and not compromising hook-up ratios. Waves do not affect its movement or position, resulting in more lure in the water, which increases the chance of attracting fish.

If you examine the rear of most poppers, you'll notice that the designer simply finished the job there. The rear of the Realis Popper 64 tapers aggressively. It features a sharp keel that is flattened at the bottom of the rear section. This aids the 'walk the dog' movement. The hook attachment area is flattened backwards to provide more room for the rear hooks.

The sound chambers in the Realis Popper 64 are more advanced than in other JDM poppers. They can generate sound evenly and from multiple directions, unlike many topwater lures that can only maximize acoustics in one direction.
