Its range of applications is limited only by the imagination, equally suitable for flavouring and colouring sweetcorn, flavouring bones or even turbocharging PVA packets. The thick flavour gel spreads horizontally across the water bottom, exerting its strong smoky effect on the water bottom to ensure that the flowing water does not carry the fish far.
