Raid Egubug 6.3cm 040 Ghost Shrimp Beetle Imitation 8pcs detailed description
Small rubber jigs are most effective when paired with the right trailer. The opposite is also true: if a poor trailer is chosen, even the best-designed jigs cannot perform at their maximum potential. The EGU-BUG was designed so that everyone can experience its full potential, especially when combined with jigs from the EGU-DAMA series.
On small rubber jigs, the rubber skirt forms part of the lure, while the trailer constitutes the body. Based on our experience, the EGU-BUG has a perfect balance with the right volume: it doesn't disappear behind the skirt, yet remains discreet. With its moderate volume, it perfectly complements small rubber jigs.
When choosing the best trailer for small rubber jigs, it's important not to suppress the subtle movement of the rubber skirt. The EGU-BUG naturally fits the skirt's movement, while its own antennas create unusual vibrations during subtle shaking and react vividly to weak currents. Its arms on both sides flap vertically, emitting varied vibrations.
The fins on its head and the inverted deep ribs on its body create significant water resistance, giving it a strong presence even in a compact size. This eliminates the weakness of small rubber jigs, which is the lack of feedback. The significant water resistance limits forward movement, making high-level techniques, such as precise jigging, easily executable.
The capabilities of the EGU-BUG don't end here. It is effective when used as a stand-alone lure. Excellent on a drop shot rig, where air pockets clinging to the ribs provide a softly swaying and subtle movement that attracts perch.
Specifically designed for the EGU-DAMA series, combine the EGU-BUG with any EGU-DAMA jig to experience its true potential.
