"The BASIX Ready Tied Hair Rigs are ready to use straight out of the box, all you need to do is add either a bait or a wader and you're good to go!

These rigs are tied with a camo green BASIX coated leader material, with the BASIX Wide Gape hook with a small peeled off section to allow movement, which increases hooking potential. The hairline is secured with a silicone stick to help prevent tangles, here the length of the hairline is optimised to the size of the hook bait, which matches the size of the hook selected.

Size 8 is designed for a 12 mm hook bait, size 6 for a 15 mm hook and size 4 for an 18 mm hook.

Each fitting comes with several Hair Stoppers and Extenda Stoppers in different sizes, allowing you to change the length of the hair and use different sizes of lures for the ones for which the fitting is designed. At the other end of the BASIX Hair Rig is a loop and a BASIX Anti Tangle Sleeve, which allows it to be quickly and easily attached to the BASIX Lead Clip Leader or the BASIX Lead Clip Action Pack set (which also includes the QC swivels).
