What is the secret of its success? Practical experience shows that small whitefish and catfish do not consume, or only very rarely consume, the hard and relatively large diameter kernels, thus our chances are significantly increased - if we feed with this - to catch larger, even specimen fish! The most common problem is that by the time the larger, significantly more cautious specimens arrive at the fished area, they are greeted only by an empty spot, which is not very appealing... The secret to tigernut's catchability is its high, natural sugar content. Anyone who hasn't tasted it should try it; they will be surprised at how delicious it is. Besides its pleasant sweet taste, it has a protein content of around 25% and also serves as a valuable source of vitamins. In Spain, many kinds of tigernut-based products are marketed for human consumption, and fish only get them if there's any left...:) Our raw material also comes from one of the largest Spanish producers, which we cook here at home and further flavor with the most effective aromas. (Although it is also available in a natural, unflavored version.)

It is well-known that we also really enjoy fishing in large, natural waters such as Lake Balaton, the Danube, or smaller and larger canals. In these waters, tigernut is often the best and most effective attractant. For years, natural and various flavored versions have been available in our range, but we felt it was time to elevate this program to the next level, so we added the Boiled Tigernut Mix to our palette, which contains a mixture of boiled tigernuts and boiled black tigernuts, plus a little fresh boiled corn, which is a perfect complement to these natural, crispy fish delicacies. This is such a perfect mix that it is guaranteed to keep large grass carp and common carp in place!

It is used in larger quantities for pre-baiting, while during short fishing sessions, mixed with groundbait, even small doses can keep fish at our fishing spot. In the latter case, its mixing ratio ranges between 15-20%. After opening the bag, it must be used within 2-3 days; if any remains, it can still be used later if stored in the refrigerator.
