Whether it's any body of water, rivers, or even private lakes, there are situations where the lead or other weight forming part of the rig breaks off or remains in the water as part of a drop-off rig. Some weights have an environmentally polluting effect, which can naturally impact the water and the fish living in it. Additionally, there are lakes where special attention is paid to this, and various preventive measures have been introduced to protect the fish.
Wizard Dropshot Stick Lead 10G Go Green 2Pcs/Pack detailed description
Paying attention to these factors, we created the Go Green series. These weights are made from 100% eco-friendly materials, containing neither tungsten nor lead, but are cast into shape from a completely environmentally friendly zinc alloy. In case of breakage, they do not pollute the environment and provide a solution for fishing waters where the use of a lost-rig is a requirement.
The basis of the dropshot fishing method is a weight equipped with the appropriate clip.
Due to the special DS clip, no separate knot is required to attach the line; simply thread the line through the metal clip and tighten it. It is guaranteed not to slip out.
The system allows for extremely fast depth changes. Regarding hooks, it can be used with offset hooks for snaggy areas or worm and plain predatory hooks for other methods.
We recommend this stick shape for use in flowing water. With its smaller sizes, smaller perch can be bravely pursued, while larger versions can target fish in the current. Fluorocarbon is recommended for this technique.
