The spool of the Benzár Feeder Match reel has sufficient, but by no means excessive, line capacity, as it can hold 180 meters of 0.25 line, so there's no need to unnecessarily bother with spooling hundreds of meters of backing line. The rounded metal line clip on it ensures the possibility of fishing with the line clip disengaged. Its precise, incredibly finely adjustable drag serves extremely well during the tiring of larger fish, and it's also a great help when fishing for bream-like species using very thin leaders and small hooks.

The reel's 5.0:1 gear ratio makes it suitable even for braided line fishing, which is notoriously demanding for all reels. However, with this gear ratio and quality material usage, the Feeder Match reel will withstand the strain!

Due to its size, we primarily recommend it for 3.30 or 360 feeder rods, while for match rods, even the longest, 420 models can find a loyal companion in the Benzár Feeder Match reel.
