It is primarily a bait for high-speed reeling, and accordingly the primary target fish is the walleye.
This is a fast sinking model with a square baffle. The snaking motion is present, but not pronounced, as it is primarily designed for fast retrieves, where the speed is used to scan the water column. Higher speeds allow the upper layer to be scanned, lower speeds allow the lower layer to be scanned.
Despite its small size, its weight is relatively large, allowing it to be fished over longer distances. The longer distance also allows for high-speed retrieval, which is very useful when fishing for baleins.
