The outer material, waterproof up to 5000 mm, reliably withstands heavy rainfall, while the 3000 g/m2/24h breathability ensures that the body is properly ventilated, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable, avoiding overheating.
The inside of the jacket is lined with a mesh fabric, which is not only comfortable to the touch but also ensures that the skin does not come into direct contact with the outer material. This significantly increases wearing comfort, especially during longer fishing trips. The internal zippered pocket offers a practical solution for safely storing important documents or small valuables. On the outside of the jacket, there are two waterproof zippered pockets that reliably protect the contents from water ingress, which is essential for a fishing trip.
The jacket closes with a robust zipper, covered by a hook-and-loop fabric strip, further increasing its water resistance and providing protection against wind. The hook-and-loop straps at the sleeves allow the wrist area to be tightened, minimizing water ingress. Elastic drawstrings at the bottom of the jacket allow for an optimal fit, so the jacket completely conforms to the body and prevents cold or water from entering the inside. The most stressed areas, such as the elbows and shoulders, are covered with durable black fabric that prevents wear and tear.
The hood belonging to the jacket can be adjusted with two elastic drawstrings, so it can be fully adapted to the shape of the head and provides protection against rain. If the hood is not needed, a zipper allows it to be easily removed, so the jacket can be worn without it.
