Because of itshigh carbohydrate content, we can keep fish feeding for longer. It is mainly used as an additive to enhance natural pellet mixes and feeds. The larger, coloured particles will attract the fish sooner and larger fish will take to it. It dissolves more quickly than fish pellets, so it forms a cloud around your basket as soon as it hits the water bottom, which makes it more likely to feed on more wary fish in the area. It is also very effective when used as a stand-alone method or loaded into a ribbed basket. They are often more effective than fish-based pellets in warming or warm waters, due to their higher nutrient content.
How to use. After it has absorbed the water, test to see if it stays together when squeezed. If not, add another small amount of water until it holds together when pressed.
