Sakura Notobug 22 F Blue Bee 2.2cm 1.4gr Insect Imitation

The Notobug is made of high-density polyurethane foam and is a perfect insect imitation, excellently suitable for chub, trout, or black bass fishing – these species particularly like this type of insect!

While the Notobug 30F can be easily cast with a spinning rod, the smaller 22F version can even be used with a fly rod. For both sizes, an UL (ultralight) rod is recommended for accurate and long casts.

The Notobug's silicone tentacles can be vibrated with light twitches, perfectly imitating a struggling insect that has fallen into the water. Another excellent retrieval technique is the stop & go method, where the lure submerges below the surface and then rises back up during pauses – just as if it were taking a breath. This is often the moment when bites occur!

Finally, the most effective way to trick the most experienced, cautious fish: leave the Notobug motionless on the water surface near vegetated areas and do nothing!
