The LEVEL CRANK MID is a medium diving crankbait that sweeps through the 1.5–2 meter water layer with dynamic, rhythmic movement.

Most shallow-designed crankbaits cannot reach deep enough, while medium divers often go too deep and only work properly at a forced pace. The LEVEL CRANK MID has been specifically developed to target this previously hard-to-reach "golden depth" zone.

Medium-diving crankbaits are often ineffective because they dive too steeply and hit the bottom immediately. The LEVEL CRANK MID has received a special, so-called Catapult lip (diving plate), which introduces the lure at a shallow angle, allowing it to precisely yet delicately feel along hard bottom structures, such as rock piles and rocks. The lure moves with a low-angle, subtle action, easily and precisely avoiding obstacles, thus maximizing the predatory instinct of predators.

Another important advantage of the shallower diving angle: it results in less water resistance, so it can be retrieved faster and more effectively in the middle water layer.

The LEVEL CRANK MID, like the LEVEL CRANK and LEVEL SHAD, uses internal ribs and fixed internal weighting. This revolutionary internal design results in thinner, lighter walls, while the structural rigidity of the body is maintained. Due to increased buoyancy, the lure quickly regains its original position if it gets partially stuck, and bouncing off snags makes it even more effective during aggressive "bottom-knocking" retrieve.

The optimally placed center of gravity and the unique nose plate shape provide an extremely pleasant casting feel – surprisingly long casts can be achieved with it, especially compared to a fixed-weight, long-lipped crankbait.

Many may have avoided targeted fishing of the middle water layer until now. The LEVEL CRANK MID is a new weapon to break through obstacles in this valuable zone where fish often hide.

Catapult lip
The LEVEL CRANK MID's own developed novelty. This nose plate stands at a shallow angle and limits excessive deep diving. The Catapult edge guides the water surface off the plate in a way that prevents the body from tilting too far forward, so the diving angle remains shallow.

Internal ribbing
The internal rib system, already proven in the LEVEL CRANK and LEVEL SHAD models, ensures a lightweight yet robust body. Higher buoyancy allows the use of more weight for longer casts, faster resurfacing after snagging, and livelier movement reaction. A truly unique development by RAID JAPAN.
