The outer perimeter of the mattress is reinforced with a harder foam layer, making the bed frame barely perceptible during use, and the head section is covered with fleece material for comfortable rest.
The dimensions of the bed (L: 225 cm, W: 97 cm, H: 43–55 cm) provide a larger sleeping surface than any previous model. The camouflage "peachskin" type fabric cover is durable and aesthetic, the mattress filling is 100% polyurethane, while the outer cover is 100% polyester. The "Maximum Support" design with 6 legs (3 pairs, placed at specific distances) perfectly distributes the load and provides the same support as 8-leg systems, while significantly reducing weight. The side tensioning straps allow the bed to be folded compactly without damaging the mattress, unlike traditional central strap solutions.
The Flatliner MF8 system includes the fully zip-around Ventec All Season sleeping bag, which offers unique temperature control for all seasons of the year. By removing the zippered, removable thermo inner layer, the 5-season sleeping bag can be transformed into a comfortable 3-season version. The inner sleeping bag is fully reversible, featuring a microfleece base layer and a sherpa fleece top layer, or it can be used as a polyester lining. The outer 3-season sleeping bag features a polyester middle section with microfleece head and foot sections to ensure warmth and comfort. The 7-core hollow fiber filling and large internal baffles ensure optimal heat retention.
