The Fox Flatliner MF8 All Season System & Bed is a premium fishing bed and sleeping bag combination developed for maximum comfort, stability, and versatile usability. It is an improved version of the Flatliner X memory foam bed, featuring four double legs for enhanced stability, making it a reliable companion on long fishing trips. The 60 mm memory foam mattress offers a truly luxurious sleep, while the seamless, soft-touch fleece cover maximizes the sleeping surface.
The bed's dimensions (L: 225 cm, W: 97 cm, H: 43–55 cm) provide a larger sleeping surface than any previous model. The outer perimeter of the mattress is reinforced with a firmer foam layer, so the bed frame is barely noticeable during use. The head section is covered with fleece material, and the mattress is covered with a camouflage “peach-skin” type fabric, which is durable and comfortable. The bed features 6 “Maximum Support” legs that optimally distribute the load and provide support similar to 8-leg systems, while reducing weight. Side tension straps allow for compact folding and do not damage the mattress.
The system includes the fully zip-around Ventec All Season sleeping bag, offering unique temperature regulation for all seasons of the year. The sleeping bag's reversible inner layer allows for transforming 5-season warmth into 3-season comfort. The inner sleeping bag features a microfleece base layer and a sherpa fleece upper, but can also be used as a polyester lining when reversed. The outer 3-season sleeping bag provides warmth and comfort with a polyester mid-section and microfleece head and foot sections. The 7-core hollow fiber filling and large internal baffles ensure optimal heat retention.
Practical features include a one-touch spring leg mechanism, adjustable height legs, a tension strap system, and a shrink-wrapped pillow retainer. The system is available as a bed+sleeping bag combination or as a standalone bed. The materials used are premium quality: the sleeping bag's outer, lining, and filling are 100% polyester, while the mattress's outer cover is 100% polyester, and its filling is 100% polyurethane.
