It is designed to be threaded onto the hook shank from the hook point, then carefully pulled over the hook eye and the eye of the Kwik Change swivel, providing a secure attachment. Due to its thickening diameter, it secures firmly and can be used multiple times, allowing for hook changes without the need for shrink tubing.
The sleeve can be used to fix the swivel in a traditional Ronnie rig or trimmed back to allow the Kwik Change hook swivel to move more freely.
