Avid VTX Receiver for Electronic Bite Alarm

The Avid VTX Receiver is a specially developed receiver unit designed for perfect cooperation with VTX bite alarms. The stability of the device is ensured by the VTX EPS system, which guarantees excellent and interference-free signal transmission up to a distance of 150 meters. For flexible use, up to eight different alarm heads can be paired with a single receiver, fully serving the needs of anglers fishing with multiple rods.
Visual feedback is provided by four high-brightness LEDs, glowing in green, blue, red, and yellow, harmonizing with the settings of their assigned alarm heads. An integrated piezo speaker is responsible for clear and sharp acoustic signals. The system's safety features include the SafeGuard anti-theft alarm, which alerts with an audible signal if any alarm head is switched off, and a practical sound reminder function, which instantly identifies the rod that produced the last bite.
The device's construction is durable and weather-resistant, ensuring the internal electronics remain protected from moisture and harsh conditions. It requires three AAA batteries for operation, and low power consumption allows for a long lifespan. The receiver unit checks the battery status every time it is turned on and indicates with an LED light if they need replacement. For comfortable portability, the package also includes a branded neck strap.
The pairing process is simple: with alarm heads switched off, turn on the receiver, then press and hold the registration button on the back to start the process until the leftmost LED begins to flash. Subsequently, by turning on the alarm heads one by one and simulating a bite, channels can be registered, in a sequence of up to four. The process concludes by pressing the registration button again or by switching off the receiver, and can be repeated anytime new units are added.
