The strong outer covering, certified to withstand 5,000 mm water column pressure, provides complete protection even in the worst weather conditions.

The centrally located entrance door, extending to the bottom of the boat, protects the interior of the Boat Cave even in strong winds. Velcro pockets on the inside allow for lead weights to be placed, preventing the door from flapping in windy weather. A large transparent window provides a good view of the rods.
It is possible to replace the waterproof entrance with a mosquito net, making long summer nights more comfortable.
The multi-part stiffeners ensure a comfortable transport size and easy assembly, and it can be simply folded into its storage bag. Three well-proven stiffeners stabilize the Boat Cave 2.0 tent during travel and stormy weather, with two additional ones at the bow opening. These further reinforce stability.
For better rain protection, an additional bow opening with Velcro facilitates entry and exit, as well as anchoring through the erected Boat Cave 2.0.
A further development of the proven two-stiffener design is the use of a third stiffener in the rear section of the tent. The third stiffener can also be used as an awning with the help of smaller telescopic poles, providing an additional 30 cm of space.
Thanks to the D-channel uniquely designed attachment points, the 3.60 m or 3.30 m base of the Boat Cave 2.0 can be easily set up in most boat types in use. In the shortened version, the front stiffener is lowered by approx. 15 cm.

The Boat Cave 2.0 tent can be used in boats with a width between 1.85 and 2.20 m. The optimal width is 2 m.
