Benzár Mix Maggot GlueZsolt Benzár has successfully used the glued maggot technique for decades in both river and stillwater fishing, and now the glue bearing his name has been created, which is a mixture of two high-quality porous materials. It was placed on store shelves in a 200 ml package in a practical, screw-top box. When using it, strive to ensure that your maggots are clean and free of sawdust, as this makes the gluing most effective. It is best to wash them after sifting and dry them with a towel. First, pierce the maggots with glue, then shake the contents of the container thoroughly so that every larva gets glue. After this, spray a little water on them, then mix the maggots thoroughly again. And then, very importantly: Press them down firmly to the bottom of the container to squeeze out the air and help them stick together well.If you want to weigh them down with washed, sorted gravel, add it during the gluing process, before pressing. If you did everything correctly, your glued maggots will be ready within a few minutes. Of course, if you don't feel they are sticky enough, you can correct it by adding a little more glue. The goal is for the whole thing to be formable into a large ball. TIP: Maggots will stick less to hands dipped in cornflour, making it much easier to form the balls!
