The Spacer Leader Fastener is an improved version of the well-proven leader fastener. It ensures a quick, knotless connection between the hook link and the main line. However, during assembly, a 6 cm long spacer tube can be inserted, thus ensuring that the hook link will not twist onto the main line.

1. Form a loop from the main line and thread it through the smaller opening of the cone, then hook it into the opening of the conical plug.

2. Thread the loop on the hook link through the transparent spacer tube and hook it into the opening of the plug opposite the main line loop.

3. Assemble the two parts of the leader fastener, then pull the spacer tube onto the spike.
