A ball mechanism locks and releases the line. The appropriate tension for the line thickness can be adjusted with the adjusting screw on the side of the head. It can be connected to an electronic bite alarm with the plug at the end of the arm.

The built-in LED responds with a light signal when a bite occurs. The line tension can be adjusted to current wind conditions with the movable weight on the arm. Available in four colours: red-green-blue-yellow.
