The transmitter unit operates with 3 AAA batteries. After inserting them, you can adjust the volume, tone, and sensitivity! After a bite signaled by light and sound, it continues to indicate that an event occurred for 20 seconds, making it easy to identify which rod had the bite! The night light on the device can be manually turned on, but it also switches on automatically at dusk.
The receiver unit operates with 3 AAA batteries (included). After inserting them, it can be easily paired with the transmitter units. The receiver unit allows you to select the color (from 6 colors!) that the transmitter unit flashes when there's a bite. Its volume can be selected from 5 different strengths, while its brightness can be set in 6 different ways. The device can also be switched to vibration mode, which is very practical during the day, as it spares us and our surroundings from unnecessary sound effects.
