Its material is sufficiently fine, consisting of thin strands, creating the appropriate circular cross-section, partly due to which good tensile strength and longer casts are achievable. Its exterior has a Teflon coating, it does not absorb water, and its surface is thus more wear-resistant, holding its own even in snaggy terrain.

The line is completely stretch-free, so in addition to spinning, its thinner sizes also offer an alternative for feeder fishing, as the complete contact will indicate every underwater reaction on the quiver tip.
