One of the great advantages of the wide drum spools that have become popular in recent years is that the increased drum size means that the line retention is retained, but the gear ratio can be reduced for this type of spool. The reduced gear ratio makes the reel easier to run and much more resistant to stress. Last but not least, the increased rotor size makes these spools much more manageable and easier to handle.
The rim design on the drum (ANDVANCED LIP) helps the line to roll off and thus cast further. The finely machined exit edge is guaranteed not to damage even thin lines. The reliable LCS spool brake system can be rewound in as little as a quarter turn of the arm. The tension of the parking brake can be adjusted over a wide range, from very loose to very tight, using the adjuster knob. The 5 steel ball bearings, combined with the needle roller bearing, give an incredibly smooth running even when tiring. The bearing mounted line guide roller can even withstand the stresses of braided lines. The finely adjustable front brake allows you to control the front brake so that you don't lose fish when using thinner leaders. The crank has a large handle, which makes reeling in and out comfortable and safe.
