The Avid Outline FluoroSoft Monofil lead is not a classic fluorocarbon lead, but a fluorinated monofil lead. This means that the material of the line is monofilament, but it has a fluorine coating that helps reduce its visibility in the water. It is equipped with a monofilament fluorinated coating. The fluorine coating helps the line blend into the water better than traditional monofilament lines. Due to the monofilament structure, the line is easy to handle and can be knotted.
