After more than 6 years of development in cooperation with Fox International we have created what is probably the best 2+1 bite indicator set on the market. Thanks to I-Com technology, these bite indicators can be easily connected to the receiver supplied. With its innovative ground-breaking technology, the unique Battle Sounder leaves nothing to be desired for the modern catfish angler. In painstaking work, we have discussed every conceivable situation and taken account of the results in development, so that you will never miss a bite again. The highly innovative quick-release adapter is just one of the many features. The bite indicator can be attached to and removed from the rod blank via a simple screw-on adapter, allowing you to react super fast. If required, the quick-release plate can remain on the rod blank after the fishing session. This allows the bite indicators to be easily stored in the hard case supplied. Rain, wind, dust and cold are no problem at all for the Battle Sounder. An IP (Ingress Protection) class 66 test proves that the alarm is waterproof and dustproof. The housing is fully sealed which means that external influences cannot harm the bite indicator. The tone pitch and detection sensitivity can be adjusted to 8 different settings and the alarm LED can be programmed to different colours. As soon as the bite indicator is activated on the cast out and pre-tensioned catfish rod, it measures the tilt angle of the tensioned fishing rod and is ready to sound an alarm. Fine-tuning of wind, wave and baitfish movement is then done by the angler himself via the smart touch mode. The Battle Sounder features digital dynamic bite detection, a very sensitive adjustable tilt alarm and a snap back alarm. The integrated boat mode is an absolute highlight of the Battle Sounder. It allows the angler to use four different sensitivity settings, which is extremely useful when fishing from a swaying boat. The high-quality cone speaker can be set to any volume, and the bite indicators can be muted meaning that bites will be indicated only via the receiver and the LEDs. The unit also has a night light function. The Battle Sounder has extremely low power consumption and a built-in low battery warning indicator.
