There are two ways to bait with the hoop:- If you are using an undrilled pellet, place it inside the ring, making sure the hoop runs through the middle of the bait.- If you are fishing with a drilled pellet or corn, use a staple to pull the hoop through the bait and then hit the pulled end with a stopper. Then all you have to do is pull the tiny hole in the end of the rubber onto the shank of the hook. This allows our lure to move freely with the water current, fooling even the most experienced carp.
